Game 24 Scores

Final Game for the scorekeeper, and it was a doozy.  The Oles will be taking over the scoring for the next 8 games, as I understand he has switched with the Sting.  The brooms were out tonight in fill force to honor the first round of B2B's.

Sting absolutely went off on the Dutchies last night putting up a 9.5 with scoring from almost everyone.  Dutchies got scoring from almost all their forwards, but goalies shit the bed and D put up a big fat goose egg.  Final in this one was 9.5 to 2.5 and the Sting sweep the series and earn high boy honors.

The Flash and Witch Doctors put up a good battle in a game that went down to the wire.  Both temped Det goalies, but Flash won that honor.  Min goalies was a good choice for the Docs as they gave up 1 fewer goal, but in the end Svechnikov and Co took out the Voodoo King 5.5 to 4.5.  Flash Sweep.

The Posse, on the back of Draisaitl's 5 assists and Kucherov's 1,3 were able to take out the high scoring (for him) VB's by a score of 7 to 3.5.  Good effort by Burakovsky and Terravainen to keep the VB's in it for a while.  Posse Sweep.

The Hackers had the Oles in their sights even after their goalies gave up a 5 spot.  Unfortunately for him they were not quite able to get that last half point they needed to force OT (which they would have won on the back of Klefbom's 3 assists).  Oles breathe a sigh of relief taking the sweep and winning 1.5 - 1.

The Idiots also continued their high scoring ways against the Wai's Guys, with all but one of their players getting on the board.  Kopitar lead the way with 1,2 and this one was never in doubt.  Final score was 7.5 to 1.5 and the Idiots sweep.

Finally the high flying Hart Foundation were brought back to earth by the high flying Killer McDavid's.  Connor put up an unheard of 3,3 to be the difference maker and give the Killer B's a 6.5 to 3 victory.  This was the only series that was split.
