The third and fourth cycles of games are now up and available for entry (up to game 44). I also set transactions to sort by most recent first so that the latest ones appear immediately on page one and go in reverse order of date. Thanks ... Gordon

SF Game 7 Scores Empty SF Game 7 Scores

Mon Mar 18, 2019 9:40 pm
It was a thin night in terms of games being played, but with the series being tied up at 3’s and all the marbles up for grabs, Game 7 was not lacking in tension.

3 Stars:

1) NYI Goalies for posting a -1…yes, this was about the only performance that was important on this night

Oles Vs. Hackers

It was back to the Hacker arena for the 7th and final game of this Clash of the Titans.

As there weren’t many games being played on this evening, both teams’ rosters read like a who’s who of mostly borderline NHLers and the scoring results reflected this.

Home Ice advantage clearly played a role with the Oles not being able to get passed the sound of keyboards clicking at a frantic pace. They were so disturbed that they could only muster one measly half point, not even enough to outpace the -1.5 provided by their Vegas Goalies

Luckily for the Hackers, they managed to put up a few assists and a goal which set the table for his dreaded finishing move; the Algorithm

The Oles tried to kick out, or at least twitched as the referee made the 3 count, but this baby was over!

Hackers win Game Seven 1.5 to -1

Congrats to the Oles who had another respectable finish this year. The beloved Toilet Bowl awaits you sir!

Congrats are also in order for the Hackers as well, the only heavy favourite going into the season to make good on his potential.

The Finals should be a doozy! Good luck to both the Hackers and Posse in their quest for the 2018-19 AHL Cup Smile
