SF Game 2 Scores

The second Semi Final game in both 2019 playoff series’ could be labeled as retribution games.

After a marathon of Sly Stallone movies (namely Rambo and Rocky), both Oles and Posse seemed to take the slogan ‘To survive war, you have to become war’ to heart.

These series are starting to become all out wars and the spectators are clearly the benefactors here

Oles Vs Hackers

Scoring was fairly abundant from both sides. Although a noticeable absence from game 1 of this series was the whole Ole team (they put up a performance similar to Apollo Creed in Rocky 4), at least they clearly lived to fight another day.

The eventual difference maker in this game ended up being goaltending as vegas was only a minus 1 compared to the Islanders’ minus 2.5. Final Score: 5 to 3.5

This series is going back to Ole Arena all knotted up.

Witch Doctors Vs. Posse

Much like Oles were inspired by Rocky 4, so too were the Posse inspired by Rambo: First Blood.

The Witch Doctors had their vodoo dolls and the fresh chicken blood was flowing, but unfortunately, nobody told the Doctors that you dont bring a knife to a gunfight.

Man, the Kucherov and Mackinnon bombs were going off for the Posse on this night.

The Posse methodically picked off the Witch Doctors’ players one by one harking back to the way Rambo did to the Viet Cong in the jungle with his heavy artillery

This was never really a game....Posse toss a beating 7.5 to 2
